I received the floater frame for invoice 187838, and it was lovely. Since my painting was on an Ampersand board that had a cradle that was flush with the back of the frame, I couldn’t use the hardware included, so I called your toll free number and spoke with a very nice gentleman (I think it was “Roger”), who walked me through the process of how to adhere my painting in this case. It makes a rather tedious job of framing and labeling alot better when I work with the highest quality frames made by the artisans at Franken Frames.
