I have used FF for years, and I have always appreciated their product and service. Just recently, though, I had a very specific and custom request that they absolutely NAILED. Roger was kind enough to walk me through all of the products I would need (silicone, tape, two types of acrylic glass, etc.) to create a contemporary floating frame for a limited edition print. It turned out every bit as nice as I intended thanks to FF’s patience and willingness to put a complicated order together. I look forward to using them for all of my framing needs!
Fantastic customer service! I was trying to place an order online, but the 20% off code listed on their website’s home page wasn’t working. I called customer service and the guy I talked with, I believe his name was Craig or Chris, or something along those lines, was very friendly and helpful. He got my order placed for me with the discount, and said he would get it shipped out as soon as possible. Fantastic service – I can’t wait to get my order!
