PRICING

Our frame pricing is based on the inside dimension of the frame and includes assembly. To figure a frame price, simply add all four sides of the outside dimensions of the piece you want to frame and multiply by the price per inch of the moulding you choose. Be sure to measure canvases at the corners. Round fractions up to the next whole inch before multiplying. Our minimum charge for a frame is $6.00. All prices and specials are subject to change without notice.

All mats, foam core, glass and Plexiglas are priced by the united inch. The united inch is the width plus the height of the particular item you are pricing.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

All phone orders will be read back to ensure accuracy. Faxed or e-mail orders will be invoiced and a return call or return e-mail will be made to confirm the order. Return e-mail confirmations will be sent for all online, e-mailed or faxed orders within 24 hours. Online orders will then be followed by a second confirmation the next business day with a invoice number associated with the order, the anticipated ship date and confirmation of the total amount of the order. If there is a problem with any order we will call or e-mail to discuss and resolve any issues. Mat orders with multi openings are preferred via fax, e-mail or online with an accurate sketch attached.

MEASUREMENTS

The smallest frame we make is 4 inch x 4 inch.  Frames are cut to the size you specify plus 1/8 inch allowance. We can also cut exact measurements, either inside, outside or sight size. We provide a 1/8″allowance on all frames in case the art, mat or backing you have is slightly out of square. This insures your artwork fits properly.

COLORS

Colors on this website are as accurate as possible, but actual color can differ when viewing on different web browsers. Moulding finishes can vary from batch to batch and may not correspond exactly to the online image. These variations are beyond our control and are not considered grounds for return. If the variation is substantial, we will call you. If a match to the online image is critical, request a free sample chip before ordering.

CORNER & CHIP SAMPLES

1″ to 2′ samples can be requested at any time free of charge. A complete set of chip samples is $45.00 with free shipping. Frame and liner corner samples are $2.00 each.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 4 to 8 working days of receipt. If you have a more urgent need or a specific due date please let is know. We use UPS, Priority Mail and motor freight carriers to ship your packages. If you require a specific carrier, let us know when ordering. The largest assembled frame we ship without extra charge is 98 total inches (19″x 30″ frame). Oversized frames ( 20″ x 30″ & larger ) can be shipped assembled at $12 to$18.00 per box oversize charge which is added to the base shipping. Very large assembled frames can be sent by CHOP or motor freight. CHOP service is also available to avoid the $18 oversize charge. CHOP frames are routed to accept plastic inserts (supplied) for easy assembly. Any CHOP 45″ and over will be subject to a $10 to $15 oversize charge added to the base shipping. Multi box shipments will also be subject to oversize charges. Typically this is $18 per box after the first box.

Outside Continental U.S. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, APO, FPO are by Priority Mail. Customers will pay our cost on these orders and shipping costs will be provided once the shipping for the box is processed. The largest box we can ship via USPS is 108″ in girth. You can request a air shipment quote for these areas too but this is usually much more expensive than USPS.

Oversize & Multi Box Shipping Charges

Any frame 20″ x 30″ (100″ or equivalent) up to 24″ x 36″ (118″ or equivalent) assembled will be subject to a $12 to $18 per box oversize charge added to the base shipping. Any CHOP of 46″ or longer will be subject to a $10 to $15 per box oversize charge.

To avoid the $18 per box assembly charge on large frames orders can be shipped CHOP. If the CHOP is 46″ or longer the oversize charge on CHOPS will $10 or $15. Multi box charges will apply to both assembled and CHOP orders.

Any standard frame over 24″ x 36″ (118″) assembled call for quote. We can typically ship most floater frames assembled up to 30 x 40 with the $18 oversize charge. We will always contact you to verify shipping cost before charging you additional shipping or automatically processing the order.

We can ship any size frame with the greatest length of 96″ via Chop.
Chop denotes – frame cut to size, routed corners and provide for easy self assembly.

Mats, foamcore and plexi that is 20″ x 30″ or over on the outside will be subject to the additional $12 to $18.00 oversize charge added to the base shipping.

Multi box shipments will be subject to oversize charges. Typically this is $18 per box after the first box on assembled and CHOP orders.

In many cases we will only charge you our cost on shipping. This covers our cost and gives you the best possible price. Shipping costs are very volatile and we only want to cover our cost.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

The frames in your order are packed in perfect condition. Each order is shipped in a custom-made box with ample packing to cushion the contents during transit. However, if damage does occur: Note any external damage to the box (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Look especially closely at the corners of the box. Damage may not be obvious, like crushed corners or sides that have rebounded. INSPECT CONTENTS OF BOX UPON DELIVERY. If contents are damaged, follow the instructions packed with the order. Keep the shipping box and packing for inspection by the shipper. You must notify us of any damage within 10 days of receipt.

RETURNS

All frames and corner samples are custom made for you; therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we have made an error or there are defects not noticed by us. Should a frame need to be returned, you must first contact us to receive a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
